KYC Verification Process
Fk22 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Particularly when processing withdrawal requests or large transactions, one or more of the following documents may be required:

Wagering Requirement
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The full bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x–35x) before it converts to real money. For example: a bonus of BDT 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place BDT 20,000 in bets.
- Each bonus offer has a set expiry — if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus will be forfeited
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
- Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled
- Some games contribute fully or partially toward bonus wagering — details are listed on each promotion page
If bonus abuse is detected — including bonus arbitrage or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.
6 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when placing Sports Bets on fk22. These rules are equally applicable across all sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and basketball.
General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available)
- Both pre-match bets and in-play bets during the match are available
- If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet is generally refunded
- Odds are subject to change; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fk22 reserves the right to void the affected bets
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected (such as match fixing or score manipulation), the account will be subject to investigation
Parlay & Combo Bets
Parlay bets, where multiple selections are combined, offer the chance for higher rewards. However, if any single selection loses, the entire parlay bet is lost. Minimum odds and maximum parlay amount restrictions apply.
